Privacy
Your answers never leave your device. This page says exactly what is measured and what is not.
What is measured
- That a page was viewed — the page address, the referring site, rough country, and browser type.
- That someone reached a results page. This is a bare counter with no attached data, and it is currently switched off.
- Roughly how many separate people visited, counted by a fingerprint of the request that is reset every day — never a durable identifier.
What is never collected
- Your answers to any question. They are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted anywhere.
- Your results — no proximity score, no party name, no bloc, ever leaves your device.
- Any account, name, email address or login. There is none.
- Cookies for tracking. The analytics used is cookieless. The only cookie this site can set is the beta access cookie, which stores no personal data.
- Your IP address in any stored form, and no cross-site or advertising identifier.
How the results are calculated
Entirely in your browser. The party positions and the scoring formula are shipped to your device as ordinary code, and the calculation runs locally. There is no server that sees a questionnaire. Clearing your browser data erases everything.
If you share your results
The "Share my results" image is drawn by your own browser and is never uploaded to build it — no server sees the results it contains. What happens next is entirely your choice: if you post or send that image, you are the one publishing it, to whoever you send it to. Nothing is shared unless you do it.
How to verify this
The whole analytics surface is one file, src/lib/analytics.ts. It exports a single function that takes no arguments, so there is no parameter through which an answer or a score could be sent. Measurement is Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: a visitor is a hash of the request that is reset every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next or across other websites. Its script is served from this same site, not from an outside server.
